Regarding LBW - I just ordered two pairs and both are a bust - one
pair due to me not noticing in the picture that they have a completely
bizarre and uncomfortable nose piece design, and the second pair came
twisted and I had to return them. It's been a few weeks and I still
haven't heard anything or received the replacement pair, and recent
comments don't have me feeling too hopeful the situation will work out
very well. Which is sad because I think LBW has just about the best
selection of plastic frames online.

In communicating with them about the return the emails were sent by
some guy named Wylie. I thought it was a bit strange that it was just
some guy and the messages didn't include any company details or even a
signature at the bottom of the message. I emailed at the end of last
week asking for an update on the status of my return, so hopefully
I'll hear something from them soon.
