Hi Folks, Brief update. My BBB complaint has gone without a response from LBW. BBB is sending a second letter, giving LBW until the 25th to respond.
Sure seems like LBW fully deserves their "F" rating from the BBB. Someone here emailed me regarding a complaint to the credit card company I used to pay for these. I'll still give BBB their chance, but I have a question. I actually paid for these via PayPal. Does that make a difference when disputing a charge on your credit card?
