For purposes of trade, a "bushel" is a given weight of grain at a
standardized moisture content rather than a volume. A bushel of wheat
is 60 pounds (27.25 kg) at 13.5% moisture. There are corresponding
measures for other grains and oilseeds; e.g., a bushel of maize (corn)
is 56 pounds at 15.5% moisture.
