Several of the non-pilots who own lots and pay the maintenance fees insist that as such, they have the right to walk or ride their bicycles on the runway even though the signs say "aircraft only". One is so adamant that he has stood in the middle of the runway while aircraft are on approach to as close as passing over the threshold and must abort their landing and go around. Can anyone cite any LAW that would apply to this circumstance? Dick in NM ==^================================================================
