Having covered wings on two Luscombes and a Coupe I can't believe anyone would seriously suggest this. If I had to recover every five years, I can assure you that I'd either go metal or be in the market for a different aircraft type. This is getting unreasonable. Why not just mandate a complete disassembly and restoration of the aircraft every 2 years and be done with it?
