Ed; When I talked to Ray yesterday, he indicated that the FAA inspector had called him to let him know that there would be a slight delay. The inspector had filled out the paperwork indicating that Univair was the builder. He had to change the paperwork to make Engineering and Research the builder, just as in Harmuts' case. But there is supposed to be a new data plate coming from Univair. Hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel.
