Backin the old days when I was renting Spam cans to go flying one of the
instructors brought up the
point that if you would mount a 9 pound weight to the tail tiedown loop
the plane would never get off
the ground.
I guess if I forgot to detach my 50(?) pound bucket it would act like
an anchor! (Also probably pull
the tiedown right ring out of the plane.)
