Thanks for your answer. Yes i can create my own filters, and that is what i 
did. But i don't benefit from the automatic filtering anymore. I have to 
manually select each mail and apply a filter. Since the mail application 
"Sparrow" doesn't enable to create a filter, i have to go back to my gmail 
account each time. 

Yes i did not understand at first that the message would be moderated.
