Jeff - I thought of that, but I got so frustrated that I went ahead and did
the factory reset, which fixed the problem. I didn't even have to re-load
my apps. They had all been saved to the Google cloud somehow. That was a
nice surprise. From now on, I guess I need to check my Google Contacts
frequently, to be sure everything's in there.  - Bill
