Yeah, like I said, it seems to depend largely on where you live...  I've
heard of a number of other people whose IP addresses have changed very
infrequently, but I've also heard from a few other people that theirs has
changed rather frequently.

I've actually had only 5 IP addresses; one of the six times (or rather
five, since technically when I got the first IP address, it was new, and
hadn't changed from a previous one...) when my IP address changed, it
changed back to an IP address that I'd already had, just before the one I
had currently had!  They were on different segments too...  That seemed a
little weird.

Oh well, doesn't matter much I guess...
