Yeah, it does. Once I uploaded the docs to my homepage, for internal usage,
quite a long time ago, so don't expect this to be an up-to-date version. But

There is a tutorial also, but all these docs come with the install.

Postgres is slow, but has a lot of nice SQL standards in it. And non-standards
also:-).
If you don't have much needs, you probably don't want to install Oracle. Sounds
like a hassle, although I've never installed it.
