The 'action' field is meant to be a 'type'. It can have any
ascii-string value that you want. Currently, the action types are
limited to a the choice of 'buy', 'sell', 'dividend', 'cash', 'check'
'electronic', etc. a sort-of random assortment of semi-meanigful
strings.
All I'm suggesting is that we allow users to edit this list of choices,
add to it, and delete from it. Thus, they can set up their own
collection of transactin 'types' as they see fit. (But I still want
the 'type' to be a (short) enumerated list).
