I had a few of those once. I did a Find for the incorrect ones and fixed
them. Now Autocomplete is much more friendly.
The issue you are seeing is that the difference is perhaps not early-on
in the character sequence, thus you are getting the incorrect
description until you've typed enough characters to be different.
