Hello Santosh,
Your vision in this regard only attempts to HIDE Caste
and related Casteism! Gilbert has given practical
suggestions to rid us of this Casteism in time. U get
no progress by Hiding one's Caste!
This is like: Sweeping the Dirt under the Carpet! when
what is required is getting rid of the Dirt
altogether!
I think U are being very unkind to Gilbert by talking
of Definitions! U and your hefy theories. Suggest
something practical and enforce it! Will You?
