COMMENT : Santosh, I’m not here to feed you
information. If you or any other doctor feels they can “certify that ‘so and so’
is a smoker of tobacco….”, or “certify that ‘so and so’ in a non-smoker”; go
ahead, and make a joker of yourselves in the witness box. And mind you, the
compensation is high in the US.
