The non-smoker/smoker certificate is signed by a doctor working for the
Occupational Health Clinic of the Cleveland Clinic. My lawyer says you can sue
her as well as the Cleveland Clinic to get that large compensation, as long as
you are filing a case on behalf of a resident/fellow who was denied employment
based on a certificate that he was a smoker. So where will you move your goal
post now?
