re # 1: Dr. Falcão's assessment of Dr. Helekar is very accurate.
re #s 2&3: I am sure that Dr. Falcão advises patients routinely based
on Lab reports; and if necessary, he will give his opinion in court
(if and when needed) - based on lab reports. That would not be hearsay
evidence but an expert-opinion which courts accept as evidence. (Dr.
Falcão surely knows this).
re # 4: I do not believe that Dr. Falcão is mentally challenged.
re # 5: That, my dear Santoshbab, is one way of accepting an error.
Let's accept that Dr. Falcão was unaware of the test ..... and hence
made an erroneous statement based on his (then) existing knowledge -
which has now been updated by you.
Let's move forward.
