Thanks for the link.  I just submitted a production issue.
 
Yes, we're also talking to Google App support.  But they don't seem to be 
very knowledgeable about this issue.  First they said they could access our 
site through our domain, which isn't true.  Later they said they had 
problems accessing the app through the domain and said the CNAME record 
should point directly to appspot.com rather than ghs.google.com.  After 
pointing out their documentation that showed we were correctly mapping to 
ghs.google.com, they started saying that the problem might be with our 
hosting service.  Although with the CNAME record, any requests should go 
directly to Google, right?
 
I read in another forum post from a year ago that people had similar 
problems.  In one case it looked like a Google tech person did something on 
their end to fix up an app that couldn't be reached.  I'm thinking that has 
to be the case here since our app worked with our domain for months and 
suddenly quit this morning.  Everything that I can control is still setup 
correctly.  I just hope someone with Google can eventually help us with 
this.  Unless I'm missing something.
