I experienced the same with Sourceforge. They were always working on newer features but seldom fixed old broken features. I hated it. I guess it's an inherent disadvantage of the "for free" system. Resources are always scarce and satisfaction of customers is not crucial for success.
So Google, please let me pay! Even if it would be only 1$ a month.
