It apparently got closed without any notice to me. Hopefully I had the repository backed up locally but issue reports and features requests are lost.
Anyway, I already defended my case on the aforementioned link and I'm really surprised that people are still trying to get this project closed by reporting it. To OP, what is your motivation really ? Open-source defense ? As already stated, I actually take lot of care to keep the updated source code always available and fully portable to anyone through googlecode, answering every issue reports and fixing them asap when possible, taking all feature requests in consideration, I even recently started to add Sega CD emulation and used the project page to keep user up-to- date. Shouldn't it be what matters ? What about the dozen of MAME and Snes9x ports which use a similar license and are still hosted on googlecode ? Should we really kick all these great emulator projects and incredible source of information from googlecode just because original authors don't want to see their hard work being used commercially and specific platform users being scammed with quick selling ports ? Really, I don't understand that I am the one being harassed here, after all the efforts I've put into this project to keep it alive and a major source of information for accurate emulation of sega 8/16-bit console, and I feel quite unmotivated right now. PS: If it is only a matter of removing that sentence, it's really not as if it had prevented anyone who really want it to compile the available sourcecode and sell ports of this :-/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Project Hosting on Google Code" group.
