I forgot to mention in my previous post that I have opened an issue about a year ago related to these kinds of situations (including deletion by another project admin): http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=5206 I believe it would be in everyone's interest that this issue gets more * stars* and attention so that these kinds of *takedowns* don't occur so * eagerly* ;)
As for the genplus-gx project itself, I suggest (and probably suggested before as well) that the source tree and downloads are somehow reverted back to the last version that was still under an OSD compatible license. And that a message is indicated in the homepage of the project stating where the new developments have moved to on another online repository system ;) I'm not 100% certain, but Bitbucket and Github might be some examples of being more _friendly_ with the new license that genplus-gx uses. But I haven't bothered in doing fact checking... Best regards and best of luck for the new endeavours of genplus-gx!
