If they built it as a set of tiles, then adding a G_POLITICAL_MAP 
wouldn't be any more overhead than adding G_PHYSICAL_MAP.

There's obviously no demand for something like that, otherwise someone 
would have posted an enhancement request to gmaps-api-issues.
