Google Maps UK does it like this: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&saddr=Minehead&daddr=Bude,Cornwall+to:Lands+End+Cornwall+to:Falmouth,+Cornwall+to:Salcombe,+Devon+to:Poole&hl=en&geocode=&mra=ls&dirflg=w&sll=50.64918,-3.84008&sspn=2.403365,4.943848&ie=UTF8&ll=50.635526,-3.839722&spn=2.404077,4.943848&z=8 (413 mi – about 5 days 19 hours) acceptable using TeleAtlas Roads now the API does this: (ok it's using v2.30a my bad) http://mapperz.googlepages.com/coastal_walk.html (same parameters as above) 67.0 mi (about 22 hours 39 mins) - Yikes that a little shorter! As Pamela's version http://mapperz.googlepages.com/coastal_walk229e.html Full Coastal Path http://www.southwestcoastpath.com/ (yes can import the gpx) Yes still Beta!
