This very same question has come up many times.
It is "the letter of the ToS" versus "the spirit of the ToS".

Personally, I go by what I consider to be the spirit, which means that
you'd need a Premier license for what you want to do, but lots of
folks in this forum think that your suggested method is OK, according
to the *letter* of the ToS.
