IMHO: How do you prevent to your competitors to not see the map you are planning to have?
Exact answer is: There is no way to prevent it. Once you will made it visible for registered users only, there is still slight chance, that someone from your competitors will register himself as your customer and "download" (somehow) the info you provided.
