Well, i'm not affiliated in any way with IE ( i stopped using it many years ago). What I'm trying to do is support the widest possible audience. IE 8 and 7, are the browser of choice for millions of users.
After banging my head, I still don't know why it wouldn't work. And yes, i tried compatibility view, IE7, etc. It snaps to odd places. At first I thought that maybe the avoid highways option will fix it but it didn't. It's truly odd that the second example, when the "snapping" is done when the marker drag finishes, works perfectly On Aug 7, 3:30 am, Mike Williams <[email protected]> wrote: > Wasn't it Andrew Leach who wrote: > > >[I can't speak for Mike: it may be that he hasn't got round to it yet; > >or perhaps he agrees] > > I don't currently have access to any machines on which MSIE8 works. > > -- > Mike Williamshttp://econym.org.uk/gmap --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
