Hey Dan,

  Just thought of something.  Would it be silly/possible to create my 
polylines with no "mouseover" and no "mouseout" events, listen the map 
"mousemove" event and trigger a "getOverlayAtCurrentPosition" after a 
short delay (100ms for example).

  Then, I could have the popup to always follow the mouse but the same 
"getOverlayAtCurrentPosition" could be triggered with the same delay and 
when over nothing, destroy the popup.

  Is that possible ?
