I'd like to add a note on the TOS. You have some choices if you're either not sure or figure you can't abide by the TOS:
1. Hire a lawyer to interpret it for you. 2. Purchase the Premiere license (this may be less expensive than above). 3. Use one of the open source systems like Open Layers or ka-map. 4.
