In the end I made a system that does not require a login, but when logged in a different data set will be used. However, due to time constraints I ended up not making the actual login system - just guessing tha other people would not find the URL (or copy it, since other teams did visit us and this application was on the beamer most of the time - though in full screen mostly).
As for those who don't see any use in this application: it is made specifically for this unique game, but if all of it works (and it did not this time) it is invaluable at that. Well, I guess I will have all of it (including the login screen) finished by next year, so we can use it then. Thanks for all your advice.
