This is my test case

The orange markers are loaded from a kml file, the red marker is
manually set.
The option suppressInfoWindows is not used.
I can easily click all, the orange markers, the red marker and the
shape.

Only the mentioned "bug-like behaviour" remains: When dragging the map
and the shape is touched an unexpected info window pops up at the end
of dragging.
