There are now so many thousands of themes that are created on the ThemeMaker that just creating categories will do little. I agree that it doesn't work to create a category for "experienced designers" because how do you define that. But, if you create a category for themes of designers who have say a minimum number of users of 250K, or 100K or 500K or whatever number Google selects, it helps assure that the themes in that category are popular and likely pretty good. Call it "Popular Designers", "Top Designers" or whatever you want. There are number of good designers in the iGoogle library who have a good number of themes that are good quality. Most of us have some themes in the hottest or most users category. But, our other themes are buried in the flooding from ThemeMaker. At this point there is zero incentive for a good designer to work to create a good theme and have it thrown into the pit with all the other stuff coming in.
