I see. I understand your question better now. I'm not sure how or when those %'s are calculated, so I'm not sure on the first one. As for products that have translated strings, but still aren't launched, I would guess the reason is that each product team may make the decision of whether to launch in a particular language for many reasons, and for whatever reason they haven't decided to launch for those languages. Sometimes launching a new UI language only makes sense when it's tied with some other kind of support for that language – like for Translate, we only launch UI languages for languages for which we support doing machine translation. 2) *Google Translate:* You and Sven have had the kindness to answer on this > and to follow up.
