Hi, We still do not see any records of a sync attempt for your accounts.
Even with syncs that end with authentication failures we would still see a log file outlining this failure. For your accounts there is nothing. It's as though the device is not able to communicate with the GooSync server. Can you send me the details of the most recent log file in the GooSync client on your device? To access this open the GooSync client on your device and either click the Log icon or select the Extras->Show Log menu. Can you also tell me the make and model of your PDA as well as how you are attempting to synchronise this device (USB cable, Wi-Fi etc).
