Hi

I have checked your sync logs and there is no activity for your user
id
which usually means that you have entered the incorrect
GooSync credentials on the GooSync client or you cannot
establish a connection to the GooSync server.
Please double-check you have entered the correct GooSync
user id and password on your device and
then check if you can establish an IP connection.
You may need to use a 3rd party software such as Softick for your Palm
TX.

Palm OS configuration instructions :-

If you want to change your Google settings
on the My Google page select the Delete My Google settings button.
For users with a Google personal account they should authorize with
Google using the Authorize button.
If you have a Google hosted or Premier Apps accounts you must use
password authentication and enter your hosted account/Premier Apps
credentials.
