I'm yet another one getting the access denied message. I just installed GooSync on my Palm TX and I'm using an iMac and Mark/Space's Missing Sync. My GooSync usernname is mernbrown. Tells me on My Google that the authentication was successful but I did notice that the box is checked for password authentication (which I don't want), but it's grayed out so I can't uncheck it. I'm wondering if the problem has something to do with the Mac OS not being supported. I couldn't find anything about that on your site. Thanks, in advance, for your help.
