Hi,

The 10407 code indicates that there is a problem with the GooSync
login details on your device.

After checking through all the server logs we've identified what
appears to be causing the problem.

It appears that your username on the device has been entered twice
into the username field by mistake.

Please go into the profile settings in the GooSync client, select the
username field, and then view the onscreen keyboard for your device.
You should see that the username is entered twice.

Please ensure that the username is entered correctly (I also suggest
checking the password as well) and try syncing again.
