I also looked for:

"Also, you may or may not need to do this depending on your SSL needs;
go into Options -> Security -> TLS, set the TLS Default to "handheld"
instead of Proxy. Try SyncJe without this first, then if it's not
working give this setting a go."

There does not appear to be a Security setting under Options on my
device.
