Unsuccessful so far because I'm trying to install into a double-boot on a Windows system and the partition manager is very unclear. No offense intended, but this is typical of interfaces designed by people who understand the software but not usability by non-geeks.
I see no way to partition a drive via the manager. Am I missing something, or do I need to do a partition using XP and then install to that? If the automatic install does it, it is not clear from the graphic. I'm not about to take a chance on wiping a drive while installing an OS I'm not even sure I'll keep. That said, I love what I saw on the live disk. If I can configure the way I want it, this one IS a keeper. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "gOS Linux" group.
