What feels much harder is figuring out the process to follow when trust is broken. With employees, it’s fairly conventional — management conversations, various penalties possible up to firing or even in egregious cases I suppose civil suits. Having those processes “around” means that we rarely have to exercise them. It’d be good to have some feeling as to the ‘sticks’ that match the ‘carrots’ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrot_and_stick). —da _______________________________________________ governance mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/governance
