I can only say that as of last night people who had spoken personally to Brendan after his resignation were saying he remains in his module owner role. Their conversations with him and mine with them were unfortunately private and not online, so I can't point to them. But I would like to note that https://wiki.mozilla.org/Modules/All#Module_Ownership_System is unchanged, and I don't expect it to change.
