I suspect "Mozilla" in this sentence means "Mozilla corporation", not "Mozilla project", though I admit it's ambiguous. At the time of writing, he's still listed as the top-level module owner in https://wiki.mozilla.org/Modules/All, which is the definitive source on module ownership.
