I do have to say I was surprised, given Mozilla's emphasis on
openness, by how little contact information is actually available by
clicking "contact us" and how much work and patience it took for me to
find a way to leave feedback and ask questions.

Yeah, http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/spaces/ (which is where the "Contact Us" link seems to go to) seems to be pretty focused on the Mozilla Spaces, not on contacting the project leadership. :( I guess we've been focusing too much on Firefox support forums and the like recently, and those aren't really the right vehicle for this discussion.

The more I try, the less sure I become that any
of us ever knows anything about what actually occurred anywhere!
