I didn't get to this group through news coverage. I saw coverage of the
story on several conservative blogs -- primarily instapundit.com, but it
was written about all over the blogosphere. I believe I also saw something
on a CNBC business show, perhaps Squawkbox, though I don't remember for
certain, and I'm told there was inaccurate coverage in the Wall Street
Journal.* Because of the free-speech aspect, I wanted to know more and to
comment -- so went to the mozilla.org website, clicked on the "contact us"
link and, after a number of layers and additional clicks, ended up here. I
do have to say I was surprised, given Mozilla's emphasis on openness, by
how little contact information is actually available by clicking "contact
us" and how much work and patience it took for me to find a way to leave
feedback and ask questions.

*I tend not to rely exclusively on newspapers or TV news reporting as a
primary source of information, as it has been my painful personal
experience that they are very often very wrong indeed. I try to find as
many different sources as I can of different types --MSM sites, blogs,
social media, sites like this --to try to cancel out reporting biases or
journalistic confusion. The more I try, the less sure I become that any of
us ever knows anything about what actually occurred anywhere! Only
half-kidding, sadly.
