I'm happy to be a peer if having a DB-type person, who can handle the actual
implementation, is useful. (if not I'm happy to stand back too).
At this point, this is strictly intended to be a policy module, making
decisions to approve data collection proposals and track the data that
we're already collecting. I don't expect this to be doing code-level
review for the most part.
I do think we should create code modules for the Firefox FHR and
telemetry systems and probably also some of the server-side data
collection and reporting systems, but those should be separate proposals.
