I have worked with Jishnu Menon quite extensively on data collection and 
retention policy for Telemetry. John Jensen also has been working on policy for 
FHR. I would nominate both of them as peers of this module. If you are looking 
for more help, I think I have significant enough experience with Telemetry 
where I can help here as well.
