The i2b2 query is not looking for all prior diagnoses. It only gets
diagnoses within the de-identified date range of the query (Jan-or-May
2012 to May 2014). When we link to the identified dates to limit our
results to the real date range (Jan-or-May 2012 to May 2014), should we
also then remove patients from our sqlite files who had ANY prior
diagnosis >= 4 months before?
