I set up a new project in i2b2 with our 102 on study breast cancer
patients to get around the general non-consent issue. The provided query
didn't work for me out of the box so I tried to re-create it. When re-
creating the concepts query, I ran into issues where some of the data
elements had a count of 0 in i2b2 but had values in the source data. The
issue is that the ontology doesn't currently have child elements for these
items. The item numbers were:
230
1310
1647
1648
1330
Are other sites using the NVAL_NUM or TVAL_CHAR column to populate the
values for these elements, or do they actually have child nodes for these
folders?
