If there are functional web accessible records systems - like v-practice
- which I must confess I have not got into serious looking at. (
currently working ok, i understand)
If there are processes that could transfer an patients information from
a MD xml export, or a BestPractice xml export or whatever records
system - into the web accessible records system.
If part of getting the money for an item 723 included putting that
patients data into the web accessible record.
If HIC paid to allow any appropriate institution access to those records.
Then we would have the problem solved for our complex patients.
