Andre seems to have his head around these CMS products. I have only looked at Mambo, Twiki, TikiWiki and MoinMoin. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Michael sounded like he wanted a CRM for membership management and beyond. Sugar's the only open source product that I have heard of. Their CEO is an Australian who was head hunted from ?Oracle. There was an article in NEXT about him a few weeks back. Cheers. David Hi David, Looks like best option for Michael is the good old buchers paper idea. Without a clear idea of expectations, we are destine to fail. Also in the original email, there is no mention of a CRM as such, but a CMS. What "office processes" need to integrate?
