Hi Greg,
That was quite a good clue I must admit - but since then we have had a Director of E-Health Implementation - come, look around and decide to find a different role - even better clue.
My sadness is really at the opportunity cost of all this messing around - its costing $$$ and lives as the bureaucrats just toy with the issue!
